Imaging system for XUV / Soft X-rays in vacuum
The MCP Imaging camera consists of an open-faced MCP detector coupled to a high-performance camera for imaging of ultraviolet and X-rays in vacuum. The system includes all associated electronics, including high-voltage power supply and MCP-gating module for a complete solution.
with diameters 25 to 75 mm
to enhance QE% at the desired wavelength or energy range
for integration with your chamber
with MCP gating down to 8 ns
for intuitive image acquisition
